Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
On any UNWORN and in original and unused condition items. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery We will ship the replacement product or issue a refund once we received the items or when you send us a proof of shipping.
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
International goods being returned to us from outside of the EU must be marked as RETURNED GOODS NO COMMERCIAL VALUE otherwise we will have to pay customs.
